Membership Program
Membership privileges include use, during hours of operation, of the Freede Wellness center's Paul Hansen weight room, basketball courts, running tracks, and locker rooms. Services and fitness classes given under the direction of Freede Wellness Center officials cost extra. Members must adhere to rules and policies of the Freede Wellness Center and Oklahoma City University and will be required to sign a release from liability waiver form at the time of payment.
All current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees along with their immediate family are considered members provided they are in good standing with the university. Alumni is defined as anyone who has successfully completed two (2) semesters, or 24 credit hours, of school or two years of employment at Oklahoma City University. Immediate family pertains to spouse and children. Each member must purchase an ID card from the Student Administrative Services office, located on the second floor of the Clara E. Jones administration building. Everyone must present their ID card for inspection and sign in upon entering the building. The cost of the ID cards and additional memberships are detailed below:
