Freede Wellness Center
The Freede Wellness Center is a beautifully constructed, all-inclusive, 74,000 recreation facility. The Freede Wellness Center opened in May of 2000 and cost approximately $10 million dollars to build. The Freede Wellness Center is conveniently available (open seven days a week) for students, faculty, and staff. The Freede Wellness Center has shower and locker provisions for each of our welcomed guest. The Freede Wellness Center has a tremendous amount of options that make it a necessity and a tremendous asset to the Oklahoma City University community.

The Freede Wellness Center boasts three basketball courts, two volleyball courts, six badminton courts, two running tracks and three aerobic courts. This facility houses the Leichter Reunion Center, which is state of the art meeting room, lecture hall, and reunion center. The Leichter Reunion Center overlooks the Abe Lemons basketball court, the soccer field, and the future softball and intramural fields. The Freede Wellness Center is also home to our basketball teams.
