Black Student Association

Miss Black OCU

Kelsey Simmons, Miss Black OCU, 2016-2017

The members of the Black Student Association of OCU strive to develop each member personally, socially, spiritually, academically, and culturally. As a part of the BSA family, the organization provides unity and support, as well as encourages servant leadership and academic excellence for students at OCU.
Annual traditions include celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, including marching in the parade in downtown Oklahoma City. BSA members also enjoy participating in the Big XII Conference and the crowning of Miss Black OCU.
