Hello!  My name is Ashleigh Rowsam.  I am honored to be an undergraduate admissions counselor for Oklahoma City University.  My primary goal is to help you transition from high school to college as smoothly as possible.  Excitedly, I am prepared to help you determine that Oklahoma City University is the best possible choice and fit for you!

As a recent OCU graduate, I can’t imagine having attended anywhere else!  Each facet of OCU built up my character and proved to be a solid preparation for life and work.  My favorite thing about Oklahoma City University is the people.  Whether it’s our tradition of being like a family, or just being friendly to those we may pass on the street, you’ll see that there is something special about OCU people that is hard to find any other place!

When I’m not busy recruiting, you can find me being social with my friends, working out, devoting my time to the alumnae chapter of my sorority, watching the game show network, eating at one my favorite restaurants (Abuelo’s, Café Nova, PF Changs, Charlestons, Taco Bueno), surfing the internet, going to the movies, spending time with my family, and I love to listen to 80’s music!  Random fun fact about me:  In February 2004, I was featured in an episode of Trading Spaces on TLC.  Feel free to ask me about my experience!
