Programs Not on the Approved List

Programs not listed on the approved list will be considered on a case-by-case basis. An application will still be required, which includes the application form and two letters of recommendation. It is unlikely that requests for programs that duplicate learning opportunities available through programs listed on the approved list will be granted as exceptions.

  • You are responsible for completing your own research in regards to this program. While the Study Abroad Office will offer feedback and guidance in relation to the program options to the best of their ability, though familiarity with each program is not guaranteed.
  • A Course Equivalency Form will still be required, along with the required advisor and department chair signatures stipulating approval of the transfer of courses listed. A meeting with a Financial Aid representative will also be required to ensure financial understanding and accountability for the program.
