The Student Philanthropy Committee is committed to making a difference at Oklahoma City University by raising awareness and appreciation among students about the importance of philanthropy. Through educational events and fun activities, StuPhil volunteers celebrate the impact of donors on our University.

What We Do

The Student Philanthropy Committee holds many fun and educational events throughout the year. This past year we’ve hosted our first Philanthropy Roundtable where we heard advice and information from professionals in the non-profit fundraising industry, participated in Giving Tuesday, and volunteered with University events. Some of our biggest programming events include SMAC (Sponsors Making A Change) week where we highlight the importance of sponsors of our University, our Fall Thank You Video where we show appreciation to the donors who support our academic endeavors, and the Senior Class Gift Campaign.
