Erin Floyd lives in Nashville, Tennessee and serves as a development editor of children’s curriculum and resources at The United Methodist Publishing House. Erin has been a part of writing numerous publications. She has also led trainings, coordinated volunteers, and taught persons of all ages. Erin is an experienced writer, editor, and educator; a leader with vision to ideate and create new ideas. She finds value in working alongside others in the process and helping them to grow their strengths as a part of a cohesive team. Erin is a passionate advocate for inclusion, social justice, and social change.

Erin holds an M.A. of Christian Education from Garrett Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Religious Education from Oklahoma City University. Erin is an experienced writer, leader, and educator. In her free time, she enjoys journaling and trying new coffee shops. She is also the 2019-2020 Wimberly School of Religion Rising Star recipient.
