Art(ist) Series

The School of Visual Arts has monthly artist workshops, lectures, projects, and events, as well as exhibitions in the Hulsey Gallery, an active Art Club, rotating artwork in the Norick hallways, active artist residencies in the studios, film screenings, visits to museums and galleries, and more.

Art publishing 101 with Orit Gat: Orit Gat is a writer based in London and New York. She writes about contemporary art, publishing, internet culture, and the different meeting points between these. Art Publishing 101 generates a conversation that discusses both the contemporary art scene and the practice of publishing and writing about art.
