Graduate Program Application Process

Welcome to the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University! Thank you for considering one of our graduate programs as the next step in your career. Please take a moment to read through how to submit a completed application. The application review process for our graduate business programs is holistic and based on rolling admission (we review each completed application once it is received in the Office of Graduate Admissions). We look forward to reviewing your application!

Application Materials

All graduate business applicants submit the same materials for review, regardless of your specific major. In order to complete the application, you must submit the following:

  • Oklahoma City University Graduate Application, which includes the following attachments:
    • Current resume/CV
    • Personal statement (500-plus words on why you want to join the program)
    • Two recommendations (include your recommenders’ contact info in the recommender section of the application; each recommender will receive an e-form to complete on your behalf)
  • Transcript(s)
    • OCU requires official transcripts be sent to us directly from your previous university. Transcripts can be sent electronically or via mail.

The GMAT is not required to apply.

The Meinders School of Business does not have admission and enrollment practices that favor specific individuals or groups.

Yellow Ribbon Program

Oklahoma City University is a Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP) university - If VA eligibility requirements are met, the YRP adds an additional $22,610 to the Post 9/11 VA Education Benefits annual benefit. You can afford an excellent education at a private university.
