Sign up for this impactful workshop and learn how to give effective feedback. In the workforce, the ability to receive feedback and create actionable change is at the heart of the feedback process.

Leaders often struggle with their role in delivering a range of feedback, and how to support others as they create change from the feedback. This workshop provides a review of the types of effective feedback and covers feedback response, driving action from feedback, competitive listening and conflict management, with a 4-step process to help participants create action and behavior change from feedback in a variety of circumstances. Participants leave with a better understanding of how to support team members through a feedback discussion and into actionable and sustainable change.

Attendees will create a practical, personal plan for feedback shifting from tension to open reception; learn to articulate an understanding of relationship and identity triggers that create feedback tension; compare and contrast various leadership theories; articulate an understanding of relationship and identity triggers that create feedback tension, and more.
