Fall Move-In

Oklahoma City University Housing and Residence Life looks forward to welcoming our new and returning residents for the Fall 2021 semester!

To help ensure a smooth process for move-in, each student is responsible for signing up for a time slot. You must arrive and check into your room assignment on your assigned day and during your self-assigned time slot. You will need to remain flexible in your plans as we will be unable to accommodate requests for changes to move-in dates and times unless already approved.

Due to COVID-19 prior to students moving in, all students are required to take a PCR COVID test kit and receive a negative result or upload their COVID vaccination card by the deadline. Test kits will be mailed to all students prior to moving in and must be mailed back using the prepaid postage within the test kit. Instructions on how to take the test and how to sign up for a testing time slot will be found in the test kit. If a student arrives on campus without a negative test result they will be moved to isolation housing. Vaccination cards can be uploaded into the university system. Further information on COVID-19 procedures can be found in the FAQ section at the bottom of this page.
