To be eligible for the January on-campus workshop, you will need to submit proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID. While on campus and dancing, you will be required to wear a mask.

8:30- 9:00 AM Registration/Welcome

9:00- 10:00 AM Tap Technique Class

10:15- 11:45 AM Ballet Technique Class

11:45-1:15 PM Lunch Break*

1:15-2:45 PM Jazz Technique Class

2:45- 3:00 PM Break

3:00- 4:00 PM Musical Theatre

* Lunch is not provided

9:00- 10:00 AM Pre-recorded tap classes will be available. Students can choose from a beginning/intermediate level or an intermediate/advanced level.

10:15- 11:45 AM Ballet Technique Class - LIVE on Zoom!

1:15-2:45 PM Jazz Technique Class - LIVE on Zoom!

2:45- 3:00 PM Break

3:00- 4:00 PM Musical Theatre - LIVE on Zoom!

COVID Mitigation Protocols for Oklahoma City University On Campus Events

Do a health check and do not attend an event if you are experiencing any of the following as described on cdc.gov. If you fall sick and cannot attend the event, please contact Evelyn Wasson at emwasson1@okcu.edu.

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Masks are required for special events on-campus.

In an effort to keep the OCU campus community safe, please notify Oklahoma City University at NotifyEOC@okcu.edu if you test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours after attending an Oklahoma City University event.
