Biography
Courses:
British Literature, Western Literature, Women’s Literature, Literature and Spirituality.
Teaching and Research Interests:
Dr. Keegan's research interests include British Literature, particularly British Romantic Poetry, Gender Studies, and Gothic Film and Literature. Her publications include a number of poems, three books of poetry, and critical works on such British and American authors as Percy Bysshe Shelley and Sarah Orne Jewett. Because of the ever-growing interest of students in the gothic, her current research is focused on the gothic writings of contemporary Scottish women. She is currently at work on a new book of poetry.
