Areas of Expertise

Ms. Pearsall has been engaged in the practice of law for 24 years. She is licensed in the energy rich states of Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Texas. In addition to her legal expertise, she is licensed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has acted as in-house council for a Fortune 500 Company and Director of Human Resource Compliance for Kerr McGee Corporation.

Currently she is a co-owner and General Counsel of Spectrum Energy Management LLC, an energy brokerage company. For the past 6 years she has performed work as a title attorney and has assisted clients in making complex determinations of “held by production” evaluation of land records, lease provisions, and statutory schemes. Ms. Pearsall is also an adjunct professor for Oklahoma City University as part of its newly created Masters in Energy Program. She is both a published author and frequent speaker. Ms. Pearsall combines extensive experience with a creative approach and a genuine enthusiasm in meeting the needs of her clients.
