Areas of Expertise

Dr. James (Jim) Guzak has more than 25 years of private sector business experience in a variety of industries, both manufacturing and service. Research interests include ethical decision making, use of affect and intuition in decision making, whistleblowing, and toxic leadership behaviors. 

Professional Activities

Dr. Guzak is a member of the Academy of Management, and the Association For Practical and Professional Ethics. He is also the faculty representative to OK Ethics, a state-wide business ethics consortium, and currently leads the Student Ethics Debate Team.
