Biography

Jordi Lister received her BFA in 2016 from the University of Central Oklahoma with an emphasis in ceramics. She received her MFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2019. Jordi primarily works in functional ceramics that focus on heavy surface design and tactile experience. Pre-pandemic, her ceramic work was designed to entice social interaction and gatherings of individuals. She also enjoys using 2D medium to create decorative surface designs and abstract mixed-media illustrations. In her free time, she enjoys being outside with her two kids, husband, and two dogs, out in her studio, or reading with a cup of coffee nearby.
