Biography

Judy Love is a philanthropist with a special place in her heart for education. Love was born in Chicago and moved to Oklahoma at the age of five. Her own education began at John Carrol Elementary School and then Bishop McGuinness High School before she attended the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University, each for one year. She returned to college in 1975 and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in interior design from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Love plays an active role in the community. She is a past board member of 11 Oklahoma-based nonprofit organizations, and she chaired or co-chaired more than 20 civic events for these organizations. Love was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2010 and was chosen Most Powerful Woman in Oklahoma City in 2016 by a ballot of 265 business, civic and nonprofit organization leaders.
