Biography
Ricardo has written, directed and produced 2 web series and over 50 short films. He worked at Academy of Art University in the lighting and camera department where he gaffed, gripped, operated cameras and conducted media management for more than a 100 actors’ reels. He was head writer on the school’s web series, directed multiple episodes and was a lead creative producer. He also wrote, produced and directed an independent web series which is currently in the final stages of post-production. During his undergrad, at Columbia College, he studied animation, lighting, editing and cinematography. After college Ricardo joined the navy, where he circled the globe twice. Ricardo also taught theater for children in the public parks system and has been involved in theater since third grade.
