Virtual Nursing Camp

July 20-21 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Cost: Free

Are you a high school junior or senior interested in becoming a nurse? Join us for this two-day camp to learn all about the nursing profession and OCU's Kramer School of Nursing. You'll hear from nursing faculty, current students, and alumni working in a variety of positions in the field of nursing. Participants will receive activity kits and learn the proper way to put on and remove personal protective equipment (PPE), participate in a wound care activity, virtual escape room, and learn to take vital signs.

Take advantage of this opportunity to see if the nursing profession is a good fit for you! OCU admissions will discuss entrance requirements and answer questions. *The Bureau of Labor Statistics had projected Registered Nursing to be one of the top occupations for job growth through 2028, expected to grow by 12% (much faster than average).
