Diverse & Inclusion
The Career Center is committed to assisting all OCU students with their professional goals through individual advising, workshops and career development events.
National Association of Colleges & Employers (Diversity Statement): “Valuing individual diversity means reaching beyond stereotypical views of individuals and using the strengths and different perspectives that each person offers as a result of his or her culture, religion, ethnicity, gender, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and age.”
Diversity at Work: Resources
In addition to the resources available in the Diversity at Work section, please visit the Career Services Center during walk-in hours or email to request an advising session.

International Students
You can find more information in our International Students section. Learn to identify important skills, prepare materials including an American style resume and cover letter, and learn cultural differences that will help you succeed in your American job and internship search. If you are working on your first American resume/cover letter, plan ahead and make an appointment as a walk-in session may not be enough time.
