The members of the Black Student Association of OKCU strive to develop each member personally, socially, spiritually, academically, and culturally. As a part of the BSA family, the organization provides unity and support, as well as encourages servant leadership and academic excellence for students at OKCU. Annual traditions include celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, including marching in the parade in downtown Oklahoma City. BSA members also enjoy participating in the Big XII Conference and the crowning of Miss Black OKCU.
