The clinic files claims with insurance company at which time the insurance company determines that all or some of the charges incurred are covered at 100% or less. Currently participating insurance companies Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Choice, and United Healthcare. If the insurance company does not cover all the expense, the remaining balance is the responsibility of the student. If payment is not received within 90 days, the balance will be added to the student’s account and a grade/transcript hold will be placed on the student’s record. If your insurance is not one of the participating companies, you can be seen in the clinic on a cash pay basis. Cash pay visits are $55 with additional costs for incurred procedures or labs.

Transcripts, diplomas, etc. will be withheld until the outstanding charges have been paid in full.
