OKLAHOMA CITY— Oklahoma City University is one of the best universities to work for in the nation for the fifth consecutive year, according to The Chronicle of Higher Education’s“2012 Great Colleges to Work For” report released today.
The report is based on a survey of more than 46,000 employees at 294 colleges and universities. In all, only 103 of the 294 institutions that participated in the program achieved the “Great Colleges to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies.
Oklahoma City University was specifically recognized for its tenure clarity and process for faculty.
