Documentary Series Concludes Apr. 26 with “More Than Honey”

The 17th annual Documentary Film Series at Oklahoma City University will wrap up April 26 with a 2 p.m. screening of Markus Imhoof’s “More Than Honey.”

"If bees were mto disappear from the globe, mankind would only have four years left to live." -Albert Einstein

The event is free to the public and will be held in the Kerr McGee Auditorium in OCU’s Meinders School of Business at N.W. 27th Street and McKinley Avenue.

Imhoof tackles the vexing issue of why bees, worldwide, are facing extinction. He investigates this phenomenon, from California to Switzerland, China and Australia. Macro-photography shows the bees in flight and in their hives, revealing a complex world in crisis.

The documentary series is sponsored by OCU’s Center for Interpersonal Studies through Film and Literature.
