Oklahoma City University is dedicated to providing access for students who have documented disabilities and have made application for accommodations through Disability and Access Services (DAS). Reasonable modifications and access in the classroom, in on-campus housing, and our main campus will be provided for students who have documented disabilities and have been approved through the interactive process.

Students with disabilities who believe they are eligible to receive academic or housing accommodations may initiate their request by completing an application. Once the application and appropriate documentation supporting the request have been received, the student will be contacted with next steps.

Please note that approval of academic accommodations may not be the same as achieving success and/or getting a desired grade in any specific course. College accommodations are access based rather than success based, and changes are not made that would change the academic integrity or responsibilities of the students in their classes. Further, accommodations are not provided that would result in a fundamental alteration of the class. Accommodations are not provided retroactively, so it is important that student make application as soon as the need for accommodations is known.

We look forward to connecting with you at length about your past experience in educational settings.
