Biography
With more than a decade of professional experience in higher education, Koby Harrington most recently worked as OCU's Assistant Vice President of University Development. Prior to that, he was the Director of Advancement for Beta Theta Pi Fraternity Foundation. He spent eight years in various professional roles at the University of Oklahoma, including serving as Director of Development for the Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts. Harrington started his career at the Walt Disney World Resort, where he oversaw theme park operations and collaborated on many special events and productions.
Harrington holds two degrees from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations, and a Master of Human Relations in Organizational Leadership. He holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation.
Harrington resides in Norman with his wife, Sarah, and two young sons, Jacob and Grant. He is excited to be part of the OCU team and support the institution’s mission to prepare all learners to create, lead, and serve!
