Biography
Dr. Nic Erhardt serves as Dean of the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Prior to joining OCU, he served nearly five years as Dean and Professor of Management in the College of Business at Valparaiso University. Before Valparaiso, he was Associate Dean of the Maine Business School at the University of Maine, including a 14-month appointment as Interim Dean of the Undergraduate School of Business.
As dean at Valparaiso, Dr. Erhardt managed an annual budget of nearly $10 million and led initiatives to increase undergraduate enrollment, expand MBA participation, launch the university's Innovation Hub, strengthen transfer student pathways, and enhance student engagement, career readiness, alumni relations, and mentorship opportunities.
