Biography
After moving from Denver in 2002, Shannon Daly lived and attended school in Edmond, OK. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma – Academy of Contemporary Music in 2020 with an Associate’s in Music Business and a Bachelor’s in Commercial Music with a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. While at UCO, Shannon spent three years as a work study student working in the College of Liberal Arts, the Office of Global Affairs, and the Centre for Global Competency. She studied for a summer semester at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea. She also was selected to serve in UCO’s Global Leadership Ambassadors and elected to the International Student Council.
Shannon has worked for Oklahoma City University since August of 2022, starting as an Admissions Counselor. Today, they serve the Academic Affairs Office as the Academic Affairs Specialist. As of early 2024, Shannon has become a Qualified Administrator for the IDI, or Intercultural Development Inventory. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and attending live music shows. She hopes to obtain her Master’s eventually!
