Oklahoma City University has announced the promotion of Tasha Casey-Loveless to the position of director of undergraduate admissions, beginning Aug. 20.
Casey-Loveless previously held the title of associate director of undergraduate admissions since 2011.
She started at OCU in 1999 as an admissions counselor. She became a coordinator in the admissions office at Oklahoma State University in 2003 and an account executive for Wachovia Education Finance in 2007 before returning to OCU.
Casey-Loveless earned the Rising Star Award from the Great Plains Association of College Admission Counseling (GPACAC). She has served on the board for GPACAC and for the Oklahoma Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. She has also been a youth group leader for Wesley United Methodist Church, served on the Arthritis Foundation board and has volunteered for the Regional Aids Interfaith Network. Casey-Loveless holds a bachelor’s degree in religious education and a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership, both from OCU.
