Faculty-Led Programs

Faculty-led programs usually consist of a short trip (10 days to six weeks) during which an OCU faculty member will teach an intensive class. These programs frequently occur on the campuses of universities abroad, which allows students the opportunity to live in student housing owned by the host institution and take a second class taught by a professor of that host university. Students typically pay a program fee that covers tuition, housing, some meals, and class-related excursions. Airfare may or may not be included in the program fee.

Academic Credit

Students will earn OCU credit for the class taught by the faculty leader and usually transfer credit for the course taught by a professor from the host institution, though this varies by program.
