If you ask chemists what motivated them to become scientists they will almost always tell you it was because of their high school chemistry teacher. The Chemistry Education Bachelors of Science degree prepares students to be certified high school chemistry teachers who motivate and inspire their students to have a love and a deep understanding of chemistry.
Note: All students earning the Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Education degree are required by the Oklahoma Office of Educational Quality and Accreditation (OEQA) to have completed at least two courses in a single foreign language.
