Course work emphasizes effective leadership and communication skills to prepare students to become the next generation of principals in C-suites, boardrooms or management positions — anywhere scientifically tested leadership best-practices are called for. Using a combination of simulations, cases, and/or live-case client projects this course integrates principles and concepts from all earlier course work. ACCT 5133 Financial Statement Analysis

Survey of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other topics related to international accounting. Learning to apply financial statement analysis for decision making using case studies of U.S. and International companies. ACCT 5323 Principles of Fraud Examination

Develops the main topics in fraud examination, including: the nature and motivations for fraud; fraud prevention, detection, and investigation; various types of fraud; and, some of the more infamous fraud cases. Topics covered in the first module include individual differences; values, attitudes, and the perceptual process; motivation theories; and learning and reinforcement theories.
