Tribal Law II

This online month-long course focuses on advanced Indian law concepts extending from general federal Indian law application. The materials covered will enhance understanding of the complex federal and tribal laws and regulations that govern multiple areas of tribal initiatives and the government-to-government relationship.

Participants engage with and complete each topic module utilizing online technology resources at their own individualized pace. Faculty has outstanding academic and law credentials on top of years of experience bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to your learning experience.

Module 3 - Federal Legislative Advocacy

Module 4 - Indian Child Welfare and Domestic Violence

The summer 2024 program is offered June 10 through July 7. Cost is $600, including materials.
