OCU alumna Kelli O'Hara, starring in the Tony Award-winning revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center, will make her Cafe Carlyle debut this spring.
The three-time Tony nominee will perform at the landmark Manhattan venue March 31-April 11. Performances are 8:45 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, with additional performances at 10:45 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Prior to South Pacific, O'Hara starred in the Tony-winning revival of The Pajama Game, earning a Tony nomination for her role as Babe. She also was Tony-nominated for her work as Clara in The Light in the Piazza.
Her other Broadway credits include Jekyll & Hyde, Follies, Sweet Smell of Success and Dracula, the Musical. She performed in the Reprise! staging of Sunday in the Park with George. She is a 1998 graduate of Oklahoma City University, and an alumna of the voice studio of Professor Florence Birdwell.
O'Hara's debut solo recording, "Wonder in the World," is available on the Ghostlight Records label.
She will take a leave of absence from South Pacific in March as she is expecting their first child. She is expected to return to the production in October.
