OCU Meinders School of Business Launches ACES Program
OKLAHOMA CITY— Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business has created the Academy of Customer Excellence & Sales (ACES). The academy will offer state-of-the-art, market-oriented solutions focusing on sales, sales force management, product/service development and planning, customer service and supply chain logistics. Michael Williams, Ph.D., professor of marketing and Chad Autry, Ph.D., chairman of the marketing and management department and associate professor of supply chain management will lead the program. All programs will utilize cutting edge research and industry best practices. Programs will include capitalizing on buyer expectations, sales prioritization, buyer resistance, inventory control and supply chain management as well as need-based, customized programs for business, industry and governmental organizations. Williams has directed sales and customer services symposiums for Caterpillar, State Farm Insurance, Lloyds of London, XL Capital of Bermuda, Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois and the Canadian and US offices of Growmark. Autry has worked on projects with IBM, American Medical Association, AMR, SAP, Goodwill Industries and other Fortune 50 companies.
