Full-Day Program Explores Secrets of Great Service in Healthcare
OKLAHOMA CITY – Disney Institute is bringing its newest professional development program, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service for Health Care Professionals,” to Oklahoma City on August 3rd. Sponsored locally by Oklahoma City University, the full-day event will give area professionals an opportunity to “experience the business behind the magic.” The program will be held at the Kerr McGee Auditorium at OCU’s Meinders School of Business, located at N.W. 27th and McKinley Ave., and give participants new ideas for creating a service-driven organization that delivers excellence.
