Oklahoma City University will host a presentation with a former director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the University Center at Florida Avenue near N.W. 25th Street. The presentation is free to the public.
Harvey Phillip Pratt, who has worked for more than 50 years in law enforcement, will give a presentation titled “Forensic Art in Law Enforcement.”
Pratt specializes in creating composite drawings for soft-tissue postmortem reconstructions. His work has assisted law enforcement in making thousands of arrests and has helped identify hundreds of human remains across the U.S.
He is also an expert in witness description drawing, skull reconstruction, skull tracing, age progression and restoration of photographs and videos.
