Campus Technology
Mission

The mission of Campus Technology Services is to provide and support information technology resources for the university in pursuit of its goal of continued growth in academic excellence. Campus Technology Services strives to provide leadership and be a model for excellent service across campus, and in doing so, develop collaborative relationships to enhance both the teaching and learning and ancillary support environments at Oklahoma City University.

  • Web Helpdesk - Submit or follow up on a service call ticket online. If you have a computer issue, A/V request, network problems, telephone related issue, or any other support request, this is the place to start.
  • Student Services - Students can login here to register for classes, review financial aid, personal, and graduation information, request copies of transcripts, view class schedules, grades, and account information, and make credit card payments.
  • OCUonline Courses - Web site for course materials, discussions, and other course related information. Fully online courses are found here as well.
  • Email - Information to assist in accessing the university email system through various email applications and devices. Web access to the email system can also be found here.
  • Wireless Networking - Instructions for configuring a computer or other devices to access the wireless network on campus.
  • Computer Requirements - A list of minimum specifications of computers supported for use on the campus network.

Office 2007 Compatability Overview

With the arrival of Microsoft Office 2007, some compatability issues exist with the new file format used and older versions of Office. A detailed discussion of these issues along with some work arounds can be found at the Microsoft Office 2007 page.
