With the implementation of Craft, OCU's Content Management System (CMS), faculty and staff web users can now update the websites of their offices or departments largely unassisted by Web Services personnel. If you know of an update that needs to be made, but don't know who should be making it, please contact Web Services to determine the correct person.
If you're interested in making website changes that aren't possible through Craft, please contact Web Services for more information on how to proceed.
Generally, website support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. However, sometimes university leaders submit critical, time-sensitive, high-priority requests that require immediate attention and may put other projects on hold. If this affects the target completion date for your request, you will be notified of the change as soon as possible.
