The Summer Housing Application opens on April 3, 2024. Please log into the housing portal to complete the summer term application. You may review housing costs for the Summer session on our website by following this link. The priority deadline for Summer Housing is 11:59 p.m. April 21, 2024.
Summer Housing
Cokesbury Court Apartments is the only option available for Summer housing. Please review the below information that pertains to you for Summer housing.
- Current students living on campus who do not currently live in Cokesbury will be relocated to Cokesbury as soon as their new room is cleaned and ready (usually within 2 weeks after spring move-out).
- If you are living in Cokesbury for the Fall Semester, we will try to ensure that you can move into your Fall assignment so that you are not moving twice; however, this isn't always possible.
- If you are enrolled in Maymester and plan to stay for the Summer term, we will work with you to be relocated to Cokesbury as soon as possible and be treated as a Summer resident.
- All students not returning for the Fall semester will need to be moved out at the end of the Summer term by 5 p.m. July 28.
- Students returning in the Fall and needing to move into their room for the Fall will be notified by housing when their room is ready for them to move into.
- If you only need partial Summer housing, you can indicate this on the Summer housing application by inputting your desired dates.
- Students who are new to housing and moving in during the Summer term will be assigned to Cokesbury based on availability.
- If you plan to live on campus in the Fall semester, we will work to place you in your Fall assignment so long as it is within Cokesbury Apartments.
- If you only need partial Summer housing, you can indicate this on the Summer housing application by inputting your desired date
- All students not returning for the Fall semester will need to be moved out at the end of the Summer term by 5 p.m. July 28.
- Maymester term: May 5 to May 2, 2024
- Summer term: May 12 to July 26, 2024
- All Maymester Students will continue to reside in their Spring assignments until they check out.
- All Summer residents are placed in Cokesbury Apartments.
- The market is open during the summer and meal plans are not offered.
- If you cancel your housing contract no later than 14 days before the start of the Maymester or Summer terms, there is no cancellation fee.
- 2023 Maymester Cancellation Deadline - April 21
- 2023 Summer Cancellation Deadline - April 29
- If you cancel your contract after the dates above, you will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
