Student and Visitor Injuries
Each Department and School is responsible for reporting injuries incurred by students or visitors on campus in its respective area. This is done by completing the Student/Visitor Report Injury Form within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately if the student or visitor is taken off campus for medical attention.
