The May 2013 commencement ceremony will be the only commencement held for the 2012-13 academic year. December 2012, May 2013, and August 2013 graduates are all encouraged to participate in this ceremony. Students who plan to graduate in December 2013 may walk in the May 2013 ceremony. An Application to Participate in Commencement can be completed and returned to Academic Affairs (AD 245) no later than March 8, if you wish to participate in the May 11 ceremony and have fewer than three credit hours remaining to complete your degree.
If you are eligible to graduate in spring 2013 or summer 2013, the deadline to apply for graduation and diploma is March 8, 2013.

Seating for those who are unable to climb stairs is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Freede Wellness Center is wheelchair accessible. A sign language interpreter will be available at the ceremony. If you or your guest will require the services of the interpreter, or if you have guests with other special needs, please contact Dorothy Tennery at (405) 208-5530.
Tickets are not required for the ceremonies, however, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Henry J. Freede Wellness and Activity Center (map) will open at 9:45 a.m. for the morning ceremony and at 1:45 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony.
We request that all guests be in their seats no later than fifteen minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.
