Getting Paid

A payroll record will not be established and you may not begin working until you have completed and returned your required forms. Please read and complete each document carefully, making sure to sign and date the appropriate fields on each form.

Please note that Social Security tax (F.I.C.A.) is not withheld from student earnings on-campus during the academic year.

All payments will be made via direct deposit. You may also opt to have it go towards your student account.

Students are paid biweekly the same as non-exempt staff. Submission of timesheets are due on Friday with pay being received on the following Friday. Please check the BlueLink Employment Tab for timesheet submission deadlines.

You must complete your time-sheet no later than the dates on the pay schedule. Your time sheet is located here. If you do not complete and submit your timesheet on time, you will not be paid until the next pay period. It is your responsibility to report hours worked accurately and timely.
